MyRide Lawrence is a volunteer senior transportation service.

•Available for older adults aged 60 and over

•Provide door-through-door transportation

•$25 yearly membership fee

•$4 per round trip

•$1 each additional stop requested, up to 3 stops per ride

•Providing assistance for older adults who are able to walk on their own or with assistance of a walker or cane

•Customized rides to best meet the needs of the older adult

•Volunteer drivers use their own personal vehicle for transportation

•Volunteers are thoroughly screened, background checked and trained

•Volunteers must have a clean driving record

•Trips are pre-paid, volunteers collect no money

•Scholarships may be available
