Physical Fitness Classes

The center provides classes to stay healthy and strong. Data shows that everyone should strength train 2x's a week and cardio 3x's a week. We've got you taken care of at the center!

                             Line Dancing classes - Monday and Fridays at 10am                                  Cardio Drumming on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9am and Tuesdays at 10am      "Stay Strong, Stay Healthy" strength class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00am.

Make sure to talk to your physician before starting any exercise program.
