Physical Fitness/Exercise Classes
The center will continue to provide classes to stay healthy and strong. Data shows that everyone should strength train 2x's a week and cardio 3x's a week. We've got you taken care of at the center! Mondays we are now providing Chair Yoga at 10:00am,
Line Dancing classes on Wednesdays at 10am, and "Stay Strong, Stay Healthy" strength class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am.
Make sure to talk to your physician before starting any exercise program.
