Physical Fitness Classes

The center provides classes to stay healthy and strong. Data shows that everyone should strength train 2x's a week and cardio 3x's a week. We've got you taken care of at the center!

                             Line Dancing classes - Monday and Fridays at 10am                                  Cardio Drumming on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9am and Tuesdays at 10am      "Stay Strong, Stay Healthy" strength class and Chair Yoga is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00am.

Make sure to talk to your physician before starting any exercise program.
