Physical Fitness/Exercise Classes

The center provides classes to stay healthy and strong. Data shows that everyone should strength train 2x's a week and cardio 3x's a week. We've got you taken care of at the center!

Mondays is Chair Yoga at 10:00am,

 Line Dancing classes - Beginners on Mondays at 11am, Advanced on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am, and "Stay Strong, Stay Healthy" strength class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am.

Make sure to talk to your physician before starting any exercise program.
