Physical Fitness Classes
The center provides classes to stay healthy and strong. Data shows that everyone should strength train 2x's a week and cardio 3x's a week. We've got you taken care of at the center!
Line Dancing classes - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am Cardio Drumming on Mondays at 1pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9am "Stay Strong, Stay Healthy" strength class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am.
Make sure to talk to your physician before starting any exercise program.
